Arlington Bridge Builders (ABB) is a Christian nonprofit organization founded by Arlington churches with a mission of serving the poor. This service includes food, financial assistance, life skills training, and pastoral care.
About 20 years ago a group of pastors came together to pray for each other. At some point one of them asked “This is great, providing fellowship for each other, but what are we doing in the community to make a difference?” And that is how the concept of Arlington Bridge Builders was birthed. ABB is a coalition of churches, ministries and individuals who join together to share the Good News, make disciples and meet practical needs.
Each pastor or community leader dreams of a ministry initiative that touches everyone in our city but is not able to do it by themselves. The Goliath in our community is best addressed as we link arms together in Jesus name.
Arlington Bridge Builders combines the strengths and resources to address the problems and challenges that seem too big for any single one of us so people in need get real, timely and tangible help.
